Hi everyone. I recently bought the aqua jet and have to say 10 out of 10. I’m On my own and I washed my car and my bins and my windows. Might have to say goodbye to window cleaner. What a breath of fresh air to have such quality products and first rate customer service. I have to say that each item I recently purchased has exceeded my expectations. Aqua jet pro
Aqua jet pro ordered via phone call. My order was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. Aqua Jet Pro delivered, but upon opening found the hosepipe had a small hole in. Sent an e-mail out of hours, and to my surprise it was answered immediately. A new hosepipe was ordered and delivered free of charge. Aqua jet pro is excellent, doesn't quite deliver the pressure of a pressure washer but still very good for those without an outside tap. However, the customer service in dealing with my Aqua Pro was exceptional and wouldn't hesitate in using Must have ideas again.

I bought the pressure washer and when a small kit box arrived I wondered how this could possibly amount to much. I was amazed to find everything just clicked together and suddenly became a tidy power washer! It washed my car with no problems and the small bottle fitted on the end of the nozzle was ideal for using car wax shampoo! When I dismantled the washer, I found a pipe was faulty so I contacted Must Have Ideas and was informed the same day that a replacement pipe was on its way to me - which arrived 3 days later.
