Despite trying everything they didn’t work. I called customer service on a Saturday to explain. I spoke to a lovely lady who was very apologetic and she sent a replacement pack which arrived Monday. Delivered promptly. Lights exactly as described. Put them in garden set for motion sensor. Was a little confused at first as they did not appear to be working in sensor mode. Sent e mail to Amy who advised sensor mode would work at dusk. Pretty obvious when pointed out.

New light bars are great
New light bars are great. They have really improved lighting in the under stairs cupboard, but also under cabinet lighting in our kitchen. Love the magnetic/adhesive fixings. May well buy a couple more so I csn put more in the kitchen and have one charged up as a spare (the kitchen one ran out after a week, but stair cupboard ones havent needed recharging yet).
