Great product at good price. Works really well as described on my wool coats and cashmere jumpers and is gentle and effective…..it can be slightly addictive though. I think I have almost all your products now.The latest acquisition was the bobble remover. Brilliant!! I purchased Bye Bye Bobbles sometime last year. It’s a great product and has transformed my jumpers, making them look new again. I needed to use it again recently particularly for some hand knitted jumpers and was frustrated that I couldn’t find the charging unit. I phoned Must Have Ideas to ask if I could purchase another charger and they said they’d send me another free of charge! Totally unexpected generous response and I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Just wish there was a device to improve my home organisation so I don’t lose things!
