Fantastic the fan is brilliant and would say is a great price. But we had to contact about the late delivery which they were great and got back to us with a delivery date. On the day it arrived which was a couple of days late we thought the customer service was top notch. They then refunded the cost as they say they will deliver within 2 days or your money back. They were true to their word and refunded our money. After receiving the item it never crossed our minds we would get a refund. Best service ever and will use again

Everything I've bought does exactly what it says on the tin, so you can trust the videos showing the product. I'm finding I'm turning more and more to the site and my kids are too.
