1st Class Customer Service
Well firstly I found the customer service second to none. They guarantee delivery within 2 days. Not many can do that! Their telephone lines are open 8 am to 8 pm 7 days a week. Not many can do that! When you ring up they answer on the 3rd or 4th ring and you can speak to a REAL person. Not many can do that! Lastly I just love my glow lamps!
