Exemplary Customer Service
I have used this Company many times. Deliveries have always been within 48 hours as promised.I recently purchased a power steamer and the steamer pad and steaming paddle. I foolishly lost the steaming padel and rang the company to try and purchase a new one. Not only did I get to speak to a real person (unheard of today) she was charming and confirmed she would send me another one at no extra charge. It has arrived today within 48 hours. Perfect customer service. Couldn’t recommend highly enough
