We understand that ordering online from a company you’ve not used before can sometimes be a cause for concern, so we’ve worked hard to keep our Refund Policy as straightforward and generous as possible.

As a family-run business, we believe in being straight with our customers and doing the right thing.

In a nut-shell, if you’re not happy, we’ll put it right immediately and work hard until you are 100% happy.

We understand that sometimes we all change our minds about an online purchase. Therefore, we are pleased to offer you a full 30 days from receipt of your order in which to get a full refund of the purchase price. No questions asked.

There’s just a few things to note:
- Your item must be in a re-saleable condition.
- You must tell us that you wish to have a refund within 30 days of receiving it
- You must return the product to us within 14 days of letting us know you wish to have a refund

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

Please note that unless the fault is ours, you will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Additionally, postage costs are non-refundable.
