I purchased the Mighty Mop. Throughout this purchase I received emails detailing the order and delivery. It has arrived exactly on time. Unfortunately the handle was damaged but after emailing them they sent out a new handle within a couple of days. I’m so far loving this, so easy to use and store away. I really can’t fault their customer service.
