Simply scrub is absolutely brilliant. When it arrived it was charged and could use it straight away on my floors which did a great job. Used on bathroom tiles and they came up spotless. But when I came to recharge it I found there wasnt a charger in the box. Contacted Must Have Ideas and they sent a new charger next day.
