Everything you didn't realise you needed until it pops up on here

I have to say there seems to be a gadget for every occasion you could encounter in the running and maintenance of a household. On the most part reasonably priced and quick delivery. Great support over the phone if needed.

Best customer service!

Got to know about this company recently and ordered a couple of items. Once ordered the same item twice by mistake. When I reached out, the response was quick and my refund was already processed. It's clear they have high standards when it comes to customer service. All products are great and thoughtfully made. Happy customer:)

Great products and Customer service

Great products, just as advertise. Considering it's a UK based business, the quality of the products is top class and nothing less than a high tier brand. Their customer service is also brilliant. I contacted them a couple of times for issues I observed, and they sorted them like a breeze.

Extraordinarily helpful business - great, old fashioned ethos so many companies have lost or don't bother practicing. I'm very pleased with all purchases in terms of quality and performance at the point of writing.

The lamps are brilliant

The lamps are brilliant - come on when movement detected with a lovely warm glow. So easy to charge with the enclosed USB cable & an indicator light that changes from red to green when fully charged. And a charge lasts for days

Amazing company with amazing products for your home.

Over the years, I have purchased loads of items from this company and they have all been useful and great value. Delivery is really quick (with Royal Mail as their delivery partner, so reputable and reliable) and if you have a question or need extra information, the Customer Service department respond quickly via email. I see things that I never knew I needed, but now, I can't do without ! Amazing company with an extensive range of amazing products.
