We have some very exciting news…
I’m thrilled to announce that Must Have Ideas will become an
officially
accredited Real Living Wage employer! 🎉
The Real Living Wage (not to be confused with the Minimum Wage or
the
National Living Wage), is an entirely voluntary minimum pay level, set by the
Independent Living Wage Foundation.
This means that MHI will become one of only 0.002% of businesses in the UK who have pledged to pay at least the Real Living Wage to all employees, regardless of age, or role.
For people paid the Real Living Wage, it means the difference between being able to afford the things for a decent standard of living – things like healthy food, a warm home, a birthday treat for your children – that surprise trip to the dentist.
The Real Living Wage is paid by over 14,000 accredited Living Wage Employers including household names such as Nationwide, OXFAM, LUSH, IKEA and Google.
We’re proud to be joining this movement – we know people are key to our success and as we grow, we think it’s only right that we share this success with those that make it happen!
