Yes! If you're already a Must Have Ideas customer, simply log in using your existing account details to enjoy the benefits. New customers can create an account in just a few easy steps.

Open the app and head to MyMHI and click My Orders to see the progress of your order, from dispatch to delivery.

You can permanently delete your account from inside the Must Have Ideas app:

Select MyMHI.
Sign in if required.
Open My Details.
Select DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
Review the warning and confirm the deletion.

Alternatively, email hello@musthaveideas.co.uk from the email address registered to your account. Use the subject Delete my Must Have Ideas account and include your full name and account email address.

We may contact you to verify that you own the account before completing an email request.

Account deletion applies to both the Must Have Ideas app and website and cannot be reversed.

When your deletion is completed:

Your personal account and profile information is removed or anonymised.
Saved addresses are removed or anonymised.
All active app sessions are revoked.
Your associated marketing profile is scheduled for removal.
Customer Service records are detached from your deleted account.
Historical commercial records may be retained in anonymised form for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.

No additional retention period applies to identifiable account information after the deletion process is complete. Anonymised records cannot be used to identify you or restore your account.
